[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2004-015, May 26, 2004 ]

SUSPENSION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MC NOS. 2004-005 AND 2004-006, BOTH DATED MARCH 29, 2004, WHICH LIFTED THE MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUANCE OF CPC AND P.A. FOR THE RO-RO.



In view of the number of Applications/Petitions for the issuance of Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) for the Strong Republic Nautical High Way Routes (Ro-Ro) with the issuance of Provisional Authority (P.A.) filed and granted by the Board, and finding the same to be sufficient to cater the needs of the riding public, this Board hereby indefinitely suspends the implementation of MC No. 2004-005, dated March 29, 2004 (lifting the Moratorium on the issuance of CPC for Strong Republic Nautical Highway ([Ro-Ro]) and MC No. 2004-006, dated March 29, 2004 (lifting the Moratorium on the issuance of Provisional Authority ([P.A]), likewise on Ro-Ro.

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
