UNAUTHORIZED CONDUCT OF TRAINING
It has come to the knowledge of the undersigned that several OCD personnel have been conducting trainings/seminars on disaster preparedness in various schools and establishments without prior notice or approval from him and despite existing orders for this purpose.
In this regard, everybody is enjoined to refrain from engaging in such training activities unless officially approved by the undersigned. Anyone found guilty of this offense shall be dealt with accordingly.
