LIST OF COMMODITIES FOR IMPORTATION WHICH DO NOT NEED PRIOR GOVERNMENT APPROVAL
In accordance with the recommendation of the NEDA Board Committee on Tariff and Related Matters and in line with Monetary Board Resolution No. 836 dated September 04, 1992 approving the issuance of a circular to implement the liberalization of items for which tariff adjustments had been made as approved under Executive Order No. 8, the importation of the commodities listed in Annexes A and B* hereof no longer requires the prior approval of the government agencies concerned effective on the respective dates indicated therein.
This amends pertinent portions of Section 3 of Circular 1348 series of 1992.
