PROCLAMATION NO. 64-A DATED 26 OCTOBER 1992 ENTITLED:



"Amending Proclamation No. 64, Dated October 2, 1992, Which Authorized the Philippine Postal Corporation To Conduct A Nationwide Fund Campaign For the Period From October 1 to December 31, 1992, For the Benefit of the Victims of the Mt. Pinatubo Eruptions Through the Imposition of a Surcharge on All Postage Stamps, Including Metered Postage, in the Amount of Twenty-five Centavos (P0.25), by Extending the Period to February 28, 1993, and Including the Imposition of an Additional Surcharge of One Peso (P1.00) on All Foreign Airmail, Including Metered Postage, For the Period From November 1, 1992 to February 28, 1993."
