CERTIFICATION FEE FOR REPLACEMENT OF LOST DRIVER’S LICENSE
Effective immediately, the License section shall no longer collect the certification fee for every certification issued for purposes of replacing a lost driver’s license.
It shall be the responsibility of the Licensing Center and/or District Office to collect Ten Pesos (P10.00) certification fee in addition to other collection so required from the licensee. The certification issued shall be considered INVALID should the Licensing Center and/or District Office fail to collect the certification fee.

Adopted: 9 Dec. 1992
