CLEARANCE FOR MOTOR VEHICLES CONSIGNED TO LGU CONSULTANTS UNDER SEC. 105 (G-1)
In view of derogatory information received by this Office, motor vehicles consigned to alleged technical advisers/consultants of local government officials or units and processed for release pursuant to or in accordance with Section 105 (g-1), Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines (TCCP), as amended, shall be CLEARED by the Commissioner of Customs prior to release from Customs custody.
No release of subject motor vehicles shall be affected unless otherwise cleared accordingly. Any violation of this order shall be dealt with accordingly.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
