OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BOARD-APPROVED EC POLICIES
RESOLVED: That, in view of the continuing funds shortfall of the Employees' Compensation Insurance Fund (ECIF) to support claims and benefits payments and pursuant to Board Resolution No. 102 dated April 17, 2002, the Board APPROVE, as it does hereby, APPROVE the proposed Office Order incorporating the recommended operational guidelines for the implementation of Board-Approved EC Policies effective immediately.
(A copy of the proposed Guidelines forms part of the briefing materials attached to the Agenda Folder for Board Meeting No. 7, as Item No. 4.27, and made an integral part of this Resolution by reference.)
