IDENTIFICATION OF TAXICABS



Considering that two (2) separate fare structures will be authorized by the Board for Diesel-Fed and Gasoline-Fed taxicabs, the fare for the latter being higher than the former, it is necessary to print distinctive marks on these two kinds of taxicabs to avoid confusion.

In view thereof, and for purposes of proper identification, all taxicabs operators are hereby directed to print on both sides of their taxicabs any of the following inscriptions appropriate to the units they are operating:
"DIESEL-FED or "GASOLINE-FED"
Any operator found to be violating this Order shall be penalized as follows:
1st Offense P 500.00
2nd Offense 1,000.00
3rd Offense Suspension/Cancellation of the authority for the concerned unit/units.
This Order takes effect immediately.
