DECISION OF THE BUREAU OF IMPORT SERVICES TO COLLECT THE APPROPRIATE DUMPING BOND FOR IMPORTS OF STEEL BILLETS FROM RUSSIA



Circularized hereto for information and guidance is the 1st indorsement* dated August 13, 1999 of the Department of Finance, directing immediate compliance to the attached request of the Bureau of Import service to collect appropriate dumping bond for imports of steel billets coming from Russia.

All concerned shall be guided accordingly.
