NATIONWIDE SUSPENSION OF THE ISSUANCE OF A PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY TO OPERATE A PUBLIC UTILITY VEHICLE
The Board has received numerous complaints regarding public utility operators who were issued Provisional Authority to Operate and who operate their units in violation of the terms and conditions of their Provisional Authority. To address these complaints , an inventory of the units operating under a Provisional Authority must be made.
In view thereof, the Board hereby resolves that issuance of a Provisional Authority to Operate for all public utility vehicles is temporarily suspended nationwide until further orders from the Board en banc.
This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
