SINGAPORE RESTRICTION ON AIR GUNS
All licensed agencies and entities, particularly those with deployment to Singapore, are enjoined to disseminate during the pre-departure orientation the information that bringing in of air rifles/pistols into Singapore is strictly prohibited.
Air rifles and air pistols fall within the definition of "arms" under the Arms and Explosive Acts of Singapore. Possession of air guns without a license duly issued by the Singapore police authorities is a violation of the law, punishable by up to three years imprisonment and a fine not exceeding US $3,000.
