GUIDELINES ON THE USE OF INCOMING IMPORTATION OF VIDEOGRAMS



Please be informed hereunder quoted resolution has been passed by the Board in its regular Board Meeting last November 27, 1992.

Board Resolution No. 92-11-33
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the guideline herein below provided has been adopted by the Board to be utilized in the determination of the use (commercial or personal) of incoming importation of videograms.

1.       Videograms (in laser disc format) of different film titles numbering more than twelve (12) pieces, which are being imported into the country would automatically be considered to be used for commercial purposes.

2.       Videograms (in laser disc format) of the same film title numbering more than one (1) piece, which are being imported into the country would automatically be considered to be used for commercial purposes.

3.       Videogram (in laser disc format) of different film titles numbering twelve (12) pieces or less would be considered for personal use, unless otherwise so declared by the owner or holder of the discs.
