GUIDELINES ON THE RE-DELISTING OF DECLARED TITLES



Notice is hereby given that the hereunder quoted resolution has been passed by the Board in its regular Board meeting held last December 17, 1992.

Board Resolution No. 92-12-37
"RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that video operators, who have declared their titles on or before September 30, 1991, pursuant to B.R. No. 91-08-25, are given the period, from January 15, to February 26, 1993, to manifest in writing, their intention to request VRB to re-delist their declared titles.  The re-delisting to be effected by the Board is subject to the guidelines below enumerated.

1.       Video establishment owners who wish to request the Board, within the time frame given, to re-delist their declared titles shall be required to submit, together with their letter of request, a duly notarized affidavit, stating therein their acceptance to the following conditions by the Board:

a.
that VRB stickers to be issued, as a result of the outcome of the delistings of declared titles to be made, are valid only for the duration of time that a video film's right owner has not yet recorded his/her right to the Board.

b.
that upon recordation by the right owner of his/her right to a video title, the sticker/s issued for said declared title would be considered automatically recalled by the Board.

c.
that the determination of the right owners recorded titles to the Board, should be made by the video operators through verification in the listings to be posted in VRB's Bulletin Board.
