RE-EXPORT OF PRODUCTS OF BELGIAN ORIGIN COVERED BY DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS NO. 23 AND 24, SERIES OF 1999



Products of Belgian origin covered by Department Order No. 23 Series of 1999 are hereby ordered re-exported pursuant to Republic Act No. 7394, otherwise known as “The Consumer Act of the Philippines” if the certification requirements, as defined in Department Order No. 24 Series of 1999, are not met by July 15, 1999.

This order applies to all shipments in transit, those on hold at the South Harbor and the Manila International Container Port, and released goods on hold in cold storage facilities. The Bureau of Animal Industry and the National Meat Inspection Commission are hereby instructed to coordinate with the Bureau of Customs to facilitate re-export procedures.
