AGENTS-ON-CASE TO APPEAR IN COURT ON SCHEDULED HEARINGS
Many cases filed in Court by this Bureau were dismissed due to failure of Agents-on-Case to appear in Court on scheduled hearings. This is prejudicial to the best interest of the service.
You are therefore directed henceforth to comply with Summons and requirements for your appearance by Courts of Justice.
Failure on your part to comply with the above shall be a ground for filing of administrative charges against you without prejudice to the criminal liability appurtenant thereto.
Be guided accordingly.
