[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 94-008, June 10, 1994 ]
CERTIFICATION FEES
By virtue of the powers vested in the Board under Section 5 (j) of Executive Order No. 202, dated June 17, 1987, it hereby resolved that a service fee of THIRTY (P30.00) PESOS be charged on certifications issued by the Board or any of its regional offices.
Service/Certification fees charged shall invariably be covered by the corresponding Official Receipts.
Inquiries, sent through the mails, requiring records verification, certification or issuance of certified true copies, must be accompanied by Postal Money Orders payable to the order of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board or LTFRB. The Board shall see to it that, on return mail, Official Receipts are issued therefor.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the U.P. Law Center, in accordance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated October 9, 1992, and any all issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby modified accordingly, superseded and/revoked.
