For your information and guidance, BANCO DE ORO COMMERCIAL BANK (formerly BANCO DE ORO SAVINGS AND MORTGAGE BANK) was granted authority to operate as a commercial bank on September 29, 1994 and started operations as such today, December 1, 1994.
