REITERATING THE ADVICE OF WHO THAT "CHOLERA VACCINATION SHOULD NO LONGER BE REQUIRED OF ANY TRAVELLER."



It is hereby reiterated that cholera vaccination for Overseas Contract Workers, Crew of Ocean-going vessels, and other travellers to foreign countries is being discouraged and is no longer required for both incoming and outgoing travellers in the Philippines. This is in compliance with the standing advice of the World Health Organization (WHO) that "Cholera Vaccination should no longer be required of any traveller" anywhere.

In view of the foregoing information, all concerned are hereby requested to disseminate this information and be guided accordingly.
