[ BOC CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 3-2009, October 09, 2009 ]

AMENDMENTS TO CAO 1-2007: PENALTIES RELATED TO INWARD CARGO MANIFEST AND CONSOLIDATED CARGO MANIFEST



A.  Subsection 4.1 of Section 4 of CAO 1-2007 as amended by CAO 6-2007 is hereby amended to read as follows:
“4.1 The Inward Foreign Manifest (IFM), in the case of Shipping lines shall be submitted by the parties concerned to BOC (Attn: MISTG) electronically at least twelve (12) hours before arrival of the carrying vessel. The Cargo Consolidated Manifest (CCM), in case of the NVOCC/Cargo Consolidator/Co-Loader/Breakbulk Agent, shall be submitted by the parties concerned to BOC (Attn: MISTG) electronically at least six (6) hours before arrival of the cargo carrying vessel. Transmission shall be done through any of the Value Added Service Providers (VASP) accredited by the BOC”.
B.  Repealing Clause

All Orders, Memoranda and Circulars inconsistent herewith are deemed repealed or modified accordingly.

C.  Effectivity

This Administrative Order shall take effect on the date it is approved by the Secretary of Finance.
