GUIDE TO THEATER/MOVIE ADMISSIONS



The following guide for theater admissions shall be followed:

General Patronage or GP — admissions is open to persons of all ages.

Parental Guidance Open or PG — persons who are 7 years old and above but below 15 years of age must be with adult companion while persons who are 15 years old and above need not be accompanied by an adult.

Parental Guidance 15 or PG 15 — admission is limited to persons 15 years of age and above, with or without an adult companion.

Restricted or R — admission is limited to adults which means persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or over.

If by chance, persons who are not allowed admission have gained entry into the premises, the theater owner/manager or his representatives must order their expulsion.  To ensure compliance with this circular, the film exhibitor must be on guard for violators until the end of the last show.

In case of doubt as to the age of a moviegoer, the film exhibitor shall demand the residence certificate or other proof of age.
