SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF P.B. TENDOY CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP.
In view of the rescission of the contract of P.B. Tendoy Const. and Development Corp. for the Improvement of Carmen Market Peripheral Road, an RCDP project in Cagayan de Oro City, the said firm and its Officers and stockholders are hereby suspended from participating in any bidding or entering into contract with the Department and its line agencies.
Since P.B. Tendoy Const. & Dev. Corp. is liable for the difference in the cost of completing the project vis-a-vis its original contract cost, all concerned are hereby strictly enjoined not to pay or release to the corporation any sum of money without prior clearance from this Office.
