NON-REGISTRATION OF THEATERS
Despite the extension of the deadline for registration, several theaters in the Philippines have not yet complied with this requirement including three (3) theaters in Metro Manila namely: Star Theater - Pasay City; M.V.S. 1 - Las Piñas; Moonlight Theater - Novaliches, Quezon City.
Let me remind you of the notation at the left hand bottom corner of the certificate permit to exhibit issued to your respective films and quoted as follows:
To avoid unnecessary inconvenience on your part, please see to it that your movie films are booked and exhibited in movie houses or theaters duly registered with Board.

Let me remind you of the notation at the left hand bottom corner of the certificate permit to exhibit issued to your respective films and quoted as follows:
"Film/Trailer covered by this permit must only be shown in theaters duly registered with MTRCB.Effective September 10, 1992, any movie film covered by the permit certificate to exhibit issued by this Board and found to be exhibited in an unregistered theater particularly the above mentioned theaters will have their permits to exhibit cancelled.
It is hereby declared and understood that any violation of the condition imposed on this permit will result to its automatic cancellation."
