MOTION PICTURE PUBLICITY MATERIALS



In pursuance of the powers and functions of this Board to among others, supervise, regulate and grant, deny or cancel permits for the exhibition of all motion pictures publicity materials (Sec. 3d, P.D. 1986), and as provided further in the Rules and Regulations of this Board which requires, among others, that no motion picture publicity materials should be exhibited without previous permit issued by this Board (Chapter IV, Section 7) let it be known henceforth that effective immediately.

Ratings and classifications of movie films reviewed and approved by the Board must be published in the lay-out within 48 hours from the time the rating is given.

In every case, exhibition of films approved by the Board shall be preceded by a short announcement on the screen showing the Board's classification and the fact that it has been approved by the Board for public viewing.

Failure to comply with this Circular shall be penalized accordingly.
