AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES IN THE GUIDELINES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF ENDORSEMENT CERTIFICATES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STCW 1976 CONVENTION
Pursuant to Republic Act No. 7660, otherwise known as "An Act Rationalizing Further the Structure and Administration of the Documentary Stamp Tax x x x " Memorandum Circular No. 83 dated 21 January 1994. particularly, the last paragraph of Item 2 of Title XUT (Schedule of Fees) Is hereby corrected and modified; to read as follows:
This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication once in a newspaper of general circulation.

"The above fees exclude documentary stamps required by law and may be adjusted from time to time by the Administrator as the need arises".
