FILMS LOST OR STOLEN



Please be informed that effective immediately, all films lost or stolen from you should be reported to the police and such police report submitted to the Board.  This police report will be kept together with your movie's file.  In case of future problems concerning seizures and penalties, only said police report will be a defense for non-responsibility by the producer or distributor.

It is understood further that the receipt by the Board of such police report on loss or theft shall authorize the Board to order the confiscation and forfeiture of the film in question anywhere it is being shown for being stolen property.
