[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 99-014, July 16, 1999 ]
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS ON SPECIAL PERMITS TO BE ISSUED BY THE BOARD
In the interest of orderly and close monitoring of Special Permits to be issued to applicants by this Board, the following conditions shall be added in the conditions set forth therein:
1. Applicant must present/submit his/her Fare Matrix on the route applied for; and
2. Applicant must present/submit proof of ownership and location of his/her/its terminal, i.e., where it will pick up passengers both in Metro Manila and the provinces.
This Memorandum shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the U.P. Law Center in accordance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated October 9, 1992, and any or all Board issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby modified accordingly, superseded and/or revoked.
