SECOND MEDICAL EXAMINATION FOR WORKERS IN MALAYSIA
This is to inform all concerned that the Malaysian Immigration Department has announced that all Malaysian employers shall be required to submit all legal foreign workers to a medical examination in Malaysia apart from the medical check-up they have undergone before their deployment. Covered in this program are those who are presently employed in Malaysia including those who are about to arrive in the country. Medical examination result of the workers has to be submitted to the Immigration Department.
Workers who are found unhealthy or infected with communicable diseases will be deported and their work permits will be cancelled.
