REPORT OF SHIP DETENTION
Pursuant to IMO Resolution A. 882(21) on the Amendments to the
Procedures for Port State Control (Resolution A. 787(19) adopted on 25
November 1999, Section 12(e) of Presidential Decree No. 474 and Section
14(f) of Executive Order No. 125, as amended, all concerned
shipowners/ship charterers/ship operators are hereby directed to submit
an information report to the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) within
seven (7) days after date of receiving inspection report from a Port
State Control Authority that their Philippine-registered ship had been
detained. The information report shall be submitted with the Port State
Control Reports on Inspections.
This Advisory shall take effect immediately.
