NON-ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF VALIDITY OF EXPIRED CPC



For the information and guidance of all concerned, the Board has decided that application for extension of validity of expired Certificate of Public Convenience shall no longer be accept by the Board or by any of its regional offices.

All public utility vehicle operators are, therefore, hereby advised to file their applications for extension of validity of their CPS’s on or before the expiration dates of such CPC’s.

The Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.

Any or all issuance inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded and/or revoked.
