SCOPE OF TRAINING CENTER AUTHORITY
Further to Memorandum Circular No. 34, series of 1994 and pursuant to Section 13 of Department Order No. 3-A, s. 1994, it is hereby reiterated that the authority issued by this Administration to a training center is exclusively for the purpose of training performing artists.
Unless duly licensed to act as an overseas recruitment agency, any form of recruitment activities that the center may engage in shall constitute illegal recruitment punishable by law and shall be ground for cancellation of the center's authority.
