PROHIBITION ON COLLECTION DURING ENROLMENT IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS
<div align="justify"><p class="BODY" align="justify"><span class="MsoNormal"></span><span class="DATE"></span>The following policies on enrolment in public schools shall be strictly enforced:</p> <div class="Section1"> <div class="Section1"> <div class="Section1"> <div class="Section1"> <div class="Section1"> <div class="Section1"> </div> <div style=""><div class="Section1"> <div class="Section1"> <blockquote> <p class="BODY0" align="justify">1.<span style=""> </span>Absolutely no school fees or contributions shall be collected during enrolment.</p> <p class="BODY0" align="justify">2.<span style=""> </span>The period of collection and guidelines for collection of voluntary contributions authorized in previous <span class="SpellE">schoolyears</span> such as Boy Scouts, Philippine National Red Cross, Anti-TB Fund, school publication fees and <span class="SpellE">PTCAs</span> fees shall be set later through separate <span class="SpellE">Dep</span> Ed issuances.</p> <p class="BODY0" align="justify">3.<span style=""> </span>Any violation of this Order by any school official or teacher will be dealt with administratively. </p> </blockquote> <p class="BODY" align="justify"><span class="GramE">For immediate and strict implementation.</span></p> <p class="ADOPTED" align="justify">Adopted: 17 April 2002</p> <p class="SGD" align="center"><span class="GramE">(SGD.)</span> RAUL S.
