[ PPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 31-99, June 29, 1999 ]
CLOSURE OF THE TERMINAL OFFICE AT SUBIC
In view of the non-viability of maintaining the terminal office at Subic, all concerned are hereby advised that said office shall be closed effective 15 July 1999.
Accordingly, port charges against vessels and cargoes which are collectible by the PPA terminal at Subic shall be paid at the next port of call or at PMO-North harbor. All collections/payments received by other PMOs accruing to TMO-Subic shall be credited to and shall be considered as revenue of PMO-North Harbor.
