[ GSIS RESOLUTION NO. 217, December 08, 2009 ]
REVISED POLICY AND PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES ON SETTLEMENT OF UNREMITTED PREMIUM CONTRIBUTIONS BY AGENCIES THROUGH MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH GSIS
RESOLVED, to APPROVE the revised Policy and Procedural Guidelines (PPG) on Settlement of Unremitted Premium Contributions by Agencies through Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with GSIS. The revisions cover the handling of all the existing MOAs with agencies pursuant to PPG 191-06 and limit future MOAs with agencies to the settlement of unpaid premium contributions.
RESOLVED, FINALLY, that PPG 191-06 covering the program for a delinquent agency to enter into a MOA with GSIS to settle past due premium contributions and loan repayments, be, as it is hereby SUPERCEDED.
A copy of the proposed PPG* on the settlement of unremitted premium contributions by agencies through MOA with the GSIS is hereto attached and made an integral part hereof.
