[ HLRB ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 13, S. 1994, October 26, 1994 ]

RESOLUTION NO. R-559 - DECLARING CONDITIONALLY APPROVED TOWN PLANS/ZONING ORDINANCES (TPZOS) AS APPROVED DOCUMENTS



A total of seven hundred sixteen (716) TPZOs conditionally approved by the Board was affirmed as APPROVED TPZOs under the subject Resolution dated 10 October 1994 which full text is as follows:

DECLARING CONDITIONALLY APPROVED TOWN PLANS/ZONING ORDINANCES AS APPROVED DOCUMENTS

"WHEREAS, overtime, the HLRB awarded final approval and conditional approval to 367 and 716 town plans and zoning ordinances (TPZOs), respectively:

"WHEREAS, the conditionally approved TPZOs substantially complied with the documentary requirements and standards set by HLRB, but, prior to the grant of final approval, have to fulfill other requirements/conditions;

"WHEREAS, the conditionally approved TPZOs are implementable despite specific deficiencies/conditions; and

"WHEREAS, said TPZOs have been used by the LGUs for development and miscellaneous decisions, the HLRB, for the evaluation of applications for locational clearance and development permit; and other government agencies and private organizations and individuals, for reference;

"WHEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, that the TPZOs conditionally approved by this Board (Annex A*) be declared APPROVED and a copy of this Resolution be made part of each set of documents, with due advice to and copy furnished the corresponding local government units via the Regional Field Offices."

Annex B*, TPZOs Granted Final Approval, is appended to yield a comprehensive list of approve TPZOs.
