AMENDMENT TO SUGAR ORDER NO. 14, SERIES OF 1998-1999 RE: PAYMENT OF LIENS ON SUGAR IMPORTATION UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER (EO) 87, SERIES OF 1999, AS IMPLEMENTED BY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER (AO) NO. 20, SERIES OF 1999
WHEREAS, there is need to amend certain provisions of Sugar Order No. 14, Series of 1998-1999 regarding trustees of liens collected from sugar importation authorized by EO 87, series of 1999, as implemented by AO No. 20, series of 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the power vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), it is hereby ordered that:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Sugar Order No. 14, series of 1998-1999 is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. Other provisions of Sugar Order No. 14, series of 1998-1999 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. This Sugar Order shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 4. Provisions of Sugar Orders, Circular Letters, rules and regulations inconsistent with or contrary to this Sugar Order are hereby revoked, amended or modified accordingly.
