AMENDMENTS TO GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1, SERIES OF 1994-1995 RE: MONITORING AND SHIPPING PERMIT FEES
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 159 dated February 23, 1994 and by virtue of the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:
SECTION 1. Sections 1-4 (b) and 1-5 (b) of SRA General Administrative Order No. 1, series of 1994-1995, dated October 12, 1994, is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 3. This SRA General Administrative Order shall take effect beginning Crop Year 1999-2000.
SECTION 4. Provisions of SRA Sugar Orders, Circular Letters, rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with this Order are hereby revoked, amended or modified accordingly.
