EXEMPTION OF SEAFARERS FROM VALIDATION OF THEIR EXIT CLEARANCES AT THE LABOR ASSISTANCE CENTER
Further to Memorandum Circular No. 01, Series of 2011, on Restoration of Validation System for Exit Clearances at the Labor Assistance Center (LAC), all seafarers shall be exempted from the validation of their exit clearances at the LAC.
Manning agencies are required to submit a report containing the list of their deployed seafarers to the LAC (lac_poea@yahoo.com) on a weekly basis (every Friday) for data capture and statistical purposes.
