[ PPA OPERATIONS MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 01, S. 2005, July 18, 2005 ]

ADDENDUM TO OPERATIONS MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 03-2002 RE CLASSIFICATION ON CRANE PRODUCTIVITY DETERMINATION AT SOUTH HARBOR AND MANILA INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL (MICT) AMENDING PPA OPERATIONS MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 05-2001



Operations Memorandum Order (OMO) No. 03-2002 was issued to clarify issues on the proper implementation of the rate adjustment and the crane productivity rate. There was, however a request to amend the OMO by adding a provision to deduct from the crane productivity of the terminal operator, the actual time spent for moving/shifting and securing the ship's crane.

After a mutual agreement from among the concerned stakeholders, the same Order is hereby expanded as follows:

3. Clarifications

 

3.3 In determining crane productivity, the following shall be considered:

3.3.9 The actual time spent for moving/shifting and securing the ship's crane shall be deducted from the crane productivity of the terminal operator.

This Order shall take effect August 1, 2005 and shall remain in full force and effect unless otherwise revoked or cancelled.
