SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF VMG CONSTRUCTION
In view of the rescission of the contract of VMG Construction for the construction of Sabo Dam Phase III (Substructure), Porac, Pampanga per Office Order No. 13, dated February 14, 1991 of the Regional Director, Region III, the said VMG Construction and its proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted from entering into any contract or participating in any bidding in the DPWH and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year from date hereof.
Pending final determination and settlement of the contractor’s liabilities under Clause 97 of the DPWH Standard Specifications 1988 and Presidential Decree No. 1870 for aforesaid project, all concerned are hereby ordered not to release any sum of money to VMG Construction without prior authority from this Office.
For strict compliance.
Adopted: 13 June 1991
Pending final determination and settlement of the contractor’s liabilities under Clause 97 of the DPWH Standard Specifications 1988 and Presidential Decree No. 1870 for aforesaid project, all concerned are hereby ordered not to release any sum of money to VMG Construction without prior authority from this Office.
