USE OF METAL PULL TIGHTS



In order to have a more secured pull tight seals, this Board will now use a metal pull tight seals for sealing and resealing of taxi and tourist metered units.

However, due to unavailability of the metal pull tight seals to this date, the old plastic pull tight seals shall be used until such time that the metal pull tight is available and ready for use for the resealing of the unit/s, but only after payment of the resealing and inspection fees.

All issuance inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded and amended accordingly. This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated 9 October 1992.
