[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2010-009, February 18, 2010 ]

SUSPENSION OF IMPLEMENTATION OF MC 2009-035, RE: OPENING OF APPLICATIONS FOR APPROPRIATION OF ABANDONED AND/OR EXPIRED CPCS IN THE REGIONAL OFFICES



On December 21, 2009, this Board has issued Memorandum Circular 2009-035, Re: OPENING OF APPLICATIONS FOR APPROPRIATION OF ABANDONED AND/OR EXPIRED CPCs IN THE REGIONAL OFFICES.

However, there is a need to carefully review and thoroughly study the data of expired CPCs in the Regional Offices that will be subject of appropriation weighing vis-à-vis the public demand in every region in order to establish the feasibility of the said program.

Thus, the acceptance of application under Memorandum Circular 2009-035 is hereby suspended pending review and study by this Board of the data of every region and until further order of this Board.

Relative thereto, the processing of all applications pursuant to the aforesaid Memorandum Circular are likewise ordered suspended.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect February 19, 2010, and shall be publish in a newspaper of general circulation. Three (3) copies hereof shall be furnished the UP Law Center in accordance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated October 9, 1992.
