RESCINDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. ACL-2009-017 RE: RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE USE AND ISSUANCE OF COMMEMORATIVE PLATES



Administrative Order No. ACL-2009-017 dated 17 April 2009 is hereby rescinded hence Administrative Order No. AHS-2008-013 dated 27 March 2008 shall be in effect, to wit:
“SECTION 7. PLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION. The commemorative plate shall not be superimposed over the regular plate. It shall be installed in front of a motor vehicle either at the right side or left side of the regular plate. As such, the regular plate shall be maintained in the space provided for the purpose. Removal thereof shall be deemed a violation of this Order.

No commemorative plate shall be installed at the rear of a motor vehicle. Placing the commemorative plate at the rear of a motor vehicle shall be strictly prohibited and penalized accordingly.
 
The commemorative sticker must be pasted in the upper right hand corner of the front windshield. The regular Validating windshield sticker however, shall be pasted at the left upper side of the front windshield.
All other requirements and provision as embodied in the Administrative Order No. BGC-AO-99003 shall remain in force and effect.
