[ MTC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01, S. 2009, February 09, 2009 ]
AMENDING ITEM NO. 2 DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENT OF THE RECORD OF ASSESSMENT FOR SPECIALIZED TANKER OPERATIONS
Item 2 of the Record of Assessment Form Nos. 09, 10 and 11 regarding documentary requirement for specialized tanker operations, is hereby amended to conform with the provision of Memorandum Circular No. 23, Series of 2002.
The existing provision in Item 2 of the ROA shall be amended to read: “Copy of General Tanker Certificate issued by the National Assessment Center.”
Thus, a NAC-GTF certificate must first be obtained prior to acceptance of application and issuance of Specialized Tanker Operation Certificates.
Attached for guidance are the Revised Record of Assessment Forms* for the above specialized tanker operation certificates.
The amendment shall take effect immediately.
