From the time of issuance of Customs Memorandum Order No. 36-2011, this Office has received several concerns coming from different sectors regarding the application/ implementation of the said CMO. Thus, prompting the undersigned to order the review of its provisions. In view thereof, the implementation of the said CMO is hereby suspended until further notice.
