FURTHER AMENDMENT TO JOINT ORDER NO. 1-91 IMPLEMENTING THE COMPREHENSIVE IMPORT SUPERVISION SCHEME (CISS)



Please be advised that effective immediately, Paragraph 3(e) of Joint Order No. 1-91 implementing the Global Comprehensive Import Supervision Scheme is hereby amended to read as follows:

"3. The following importations are exempt from the requirement inspections:

e. works of art, current newspapers, periodicals, individually owned motor vehicles and parcel post".

Said amendment was jointly signed by the Secretary of Trade and Industry, Secretary of Finance and Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and duly noted by the Monetary Board under its Resolution No. 1254 dated December 19, 1994.

Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 391 dated 02 September 1991, No. 3 (e) of Joint order 1-91 implementing the Global Comprehensive Import Supervision Scheme is hereby amended to read as follows:
