AUDIT OF ALL EXISTING CONTRACTS, DEEDS, DOCUMENTS, ETC., INCLUDING THOSE UNDER NEGOTIATION OR ABOUT TO BE NEGOTIATED
1. Inclosed is a copy o a Memorandum from USEC Bartolome S. Carale dated September 21, 1999, directing officials concerned to submit an inventory of all existing contracts, deeds, memoranda of agreements/understanding and provide details or terms of reference for contracts that are under negotiating or about to be negotiated.
2. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is desired.

1. In line with the legal audit of all existing contracts, all Undersecretaries, Assistant Secretaries, Bureau directors, Regional Directors and Superintendents, Heads of Offices and Divisions are hereby directed to submit an inventory of all existing contract, deeds, memoranda of agreement/ understanding , etc. by providing copies thereof to this office. Further, you are also directed to provide the corresponding nature or summary, status and such-relevant information of said agreements.
2. You are also directed to provide details or terms of reference for contracts that are under negotiations or about to be negotiated by your respective offices.
3. For your immediate compliance.
