Pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 121, dated 02 November 1990, as implemented by Department Order No. 66-90 of the Department of Finance, the following fees and charges are hereby authorized to be imposed and collected from any public service or applicant in the authorization, supervision and/or regulations of public services:

FEES AND CHARGES APPROVED RATES

I.	FILING FEES
	1.	Application for new CPC for the first five units		P420.00
		- in excess of five units		35.00/unit
	2.	Extension of CPC		420.00
		- in excess of five units		35.00/unit
	3.	Petition for increase of Rate/Capital stock		420.00
		EXCEPT: In the collection of reduction of rates.
B.	Franchise Charges
	1.	Petition for increase of units - for the first 5 units		420.00
		- in excess of five units		35.00/unit
	2.	Sale and transfer		420.00
		- in excess of five units		35.00/unit
	3.	Amendment of line CPC		420.00
	4.	Upgrading of units		420.00
	5.	Substitution/Change of chassis/ to register in lieu of authorized units		210.00
	6.	Interchange of unit		210.00
	7.	Color scheme/Trade name		210.00
	8.	Change of party applicant		210.00
	9.	Change of place of registration		210.00
	10.	Extension of time to register authorized unit		210.00*
	11.	Special permit		108.00
	12.	Certification of copies of official documents		15.00
				- Plus P1.00 or each page of folio documents certified.
	C.	Others

II.	SUPERVISION FEES
	1.	For each automobile		55.00
	2.	Less than 2 tons gross capacity		55.00
	3.	Less than 3 tons gross capacity		110.00
	4.	For 3 tons gross capacity or more, but less than 4 tons		170.00
	5.	For 4 tons gross capacity and above		70.00
III.	CAPITAL STOCK			0.70
				For each P100 or fraction thereof of the additional capital

The revised rates as herein prescribed shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines and takes effect fifteen (15) days after the last publication.

All Memorandum Orders, Circulars and other administrative issuances in conflict with this Department Order are hereby deemed revoked, amended or revised.
