[ PPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-2010, January 07, 2010 ]

NEW SCHEDULE OF CARGO HANDLING (CH) TARIFF AT THE MANILA NORTH HARBOR



Pursuant to PPA Board Resolution No. 2199 dated October 8, 2009, a contract has been made and entered into between the Philippine Ports Authority and Manila North Harbour Port Inc. (MNHPI) on November 19, 2009 for the development management, operation and maintenance of the Manila North Harbor.                                               

In view of the new management, attached* is a set of new CH tariff at the North Harbor prescribed by MNHPI.

The CH tariff at the PMO-North Harbor under PPA MC No. 08-2008 dated August 5, 2008 is hereby amended/cancelled.

This Circular shall take effect on January 15, 2010 after publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
