HANDICAPPING RULES FOR 3YO HORSES



WHEREAS, the Philippine Racing Commission has the jurisdiction and control over aspect of the conduct of horse-racing, including the framing and scheduling of races, the construction and safety of horse-racing, the allocation of prizes and the security of racing.

WHEREAS, the PHILRACOM has formulated the following rules for three (3) year old horses as follows:
There will be a 3YO Special Condition Races which will be composed of the merging of horses belonging to:

a. 3YO Condition B, Condition B Placers group and Condition B Non-Placers group

b. 3YO Condition C, Condition C Placers group and Condition C Non-Placers group

c. 3YO Condition D

Handicapping will be as follows:

  • Maximum weight allowance of 58 kgs.
  • No sex weight allowance
  • 6 entries declared/6 entries to run
  • All weight rules applies

Added Php 15,000.00 to the winner only.
NOW THEREFORE, the Commission resolves, as it hereby resolved to implement the above handicapping rules for 3YO effective this Saturday, 16 January 2010.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a signed true copy of this resolution be published in the Kopya and the UP Law Center.
