[ MTC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 02, S. 1999, March 25, 1999 ]

EXTENSION OF THE VALIDITY OF EXPIRED TRAINING PERMITS



In view of the transition from the old standards and procedures in the accreditation of-training programs to the revised standards and procedures under the MTC Resolution 03, Series of 1998, training permits for training programmes which have already expired are hereby extended, provided that an application for renewal under the said MTC Resolution No. 03, has been filed with the MTC Secretariat before the date of expiry of the permit.

Further, the above is pursuant to Section 18. (Non-expiration of license) of the Administrative Code of 1987 (E.O. 292) which reads: “Where the licensee made timely and sufficient application for the renewal of a license shall not expire until the application shall have bean finally determined by the agency.”
